suspended ground 2014-2015 evolved from a combination of Heldon and Raffan’s work. Mountain Lady Lane, 2014 being of obvious relation, however on a much more ethereal path these works are reminiscent of their fascination with rocks, collecting, subterranean life, the macro and micro; along with their incomprehensible experience mesmerised by icebergs the size of cities float on by and astral-ish encounters with moss heaths.
